Hospice Evening 2016

On January 8, Hospice Foundation of Palm Beach hosted Hospice Evening 2016: The Secret Garden at the Flagler Museum. More than 250 guests attended the sold-out event and enjoyed cocktails, fashion, dinner and dancing to raise support for local hospice programs.

Hospice Evening 2016 began with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m. in the museum’s Grand Hall followed by the Oscar de la Renta Spring 2016 Collection presented by Saks Fifth Avenue Palm Beach. The collection debuted in a full-scale fashion show with more than 60 looks. Oscar de la Renta creative director, Peter Copping was in attendance to unveil the new line. Copping was hand-selected by de la Renta prior to his passing in 2014, and this collection was Copping’s highly-anticipated first Spring line.

After the fashion show, guests enjoyed dinner in The Secret Garden followed by lively entertainment from the Sultans of Swing and dancing on the waterfront lawn. Carol Baxter and Mark Cook served as Co-Chairs for Hospice Evening 2016. Beau Breckenridge was Honorary Chair and Karin Luter and Talbott Maxey were Vice Co-Chairs. Hospice Evening 2016 was generously sponsored by Saks Fifth Avenue Palm Beach and Bacardi U.S.A.
